DIY Handwriting Stencils are do it yourself products designed for students with learning disabilities to learn how to write. They are made out of a milk carton. Instructions below.

Technical Specifications: 
Step One: Gather materials.
  • Plastic, gallon milk container.
  • Exacto knife.
  • Scissors
  • Permanent marker.

Step Two: Cut a rectangle from the flat side of the recycled milk container.  

Step Three: Place the rectangle over the highlighted lines and trace where the user wants to cut out the window for handwriting. 

Step Four: Using an exacto knife and scissors, cut out the rectangle boxes to make the stencils. 

Step Five: Repeat for all students, so that they can take them home.
