The Optelec Compact Touch HD is a handheld video magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. The portable video magnifier features a touch screen, High Definition image quality, and multiple reading and writing positions. The user can adjust the magnification, select preferred high contrast color, and pan through snapshots by swiping their fingers across the 5-inch screen. It is designed to be used in a tilted position to move smoothly over reading materials or with its foldable handle to view objects close by and in the distance. The device can also be connected to an external monitor or TV for a bigger image. Features include:
