Nest App

The Nest app is a mobile app that allows users to remotely control several Nest smart home devices, such as the Nest Learning Thermostat and the Nest Protect (please see separate entries). With the Nest Learning Thermostat, users can adjust the temperature from anywhere; view and edit their thermostat schedule; and get extreme temperature alerts before their home gets too cold, all through the Nest app. With the Nest Protect smoke and carbon monoxide (CO) alarm, users can get an alert if Nest Protect senses smoke or CO; see the status of their batteries, sensors, and Wi-Fi connection; and get “What To Do” instructions during a smoke or CO event. Some features require a working internet connection, Wi-Fi, and/or Bluetooth.
