TalkTabletUS

TalkTabletUS is an Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) device. The iPhone and iPad application for speech/communication is meant for people who have difficulty communicating as a result of autism, aphasia, Down Syndrome, stroke, laryngectomy or any other condition. TalkTabletUS, with six US English ACAPELA voices (including children's voices) and one Latin American Spanish voice, is a fully-featured AAC speech device for people who are unable to communicate clearly.

In version 9.5, there is an added "Autoclear Message Bar" feature in Settings, Message Bar Options. After message bar speaks the assembled sentence, it clears the message bar automatically, eliminating the need to press the clear button before starting a new sentence. An internet connection is not required to use TalkTabletUS. Buttons contain words or phrases that are activated by the touch screen's keyboard feature.
