Catch Up Literacy: Digital Games 1

Catch Up Literacy: Digital Games 1 is a computer software program designed to support children ages 6-9 year of age with cognitive and learning disabilities.  This literacy program is designed to support children who require assistance with reading and writing.  It contains activities set within five exciting game environments. Designed to appeal to children who are at NC Reading Levels 1 and 2c.The activities are designed specifically for struggling readers. Consists of graded reading and spelling activities based on the Catch Up High Frequency Word Lists, rimes, initial digraphs, picture-cued nouns and story words. Included are: picture and word rhyme matching, onset and rime, look/listen, cover, write, check spelling, word and sentence sequencing and speed spelling.
