Pvc Pencil Holder

"DO IT YOURSELF" ENTRY --- PURPOSE: To enable individuals with limited hand or finger control to hold a pen, pencil, paint brush, or similar item. To make this device, drill a quarter-inch hole into the center of one of the PVC Tees. Assemble the pencil holder by attaching a PVC Tee to each end of the PVC Nipple. The parts may be threaded and will screw together. Thread the thumbscrew into the drilled hole. Place pencil, marker or paintbrush into the Tee and tighten with the thumbscrew until secure. Add protective covering over thumbscrew. TOOLS: Drill with a quarter-inch drill bit. MATERIALS: Two half-inch PVC Pressure Tee Connectors, one half-inch PVC Nipple (or cut four inches from length), one 0.25. x 1 inch thumb screw, and protective covering for thumb screw (for, example, a purchased pencil grip.
