The Pathway Challenge, model 3080, is an maze game designed to provide bilateral activity that enhances fine motor skills for individuals with little or no motor skills in their upper extremities. It is an eye hand coordination activity that gives proprioceptive and auditory feedback. The side bars can move independently or together depending on the path drawn by the therapist. Simple paths can be drawn so that only one hand is required or more complex paths can be used to require the simultaneous action of both hands. The game comes complete with three interchangeable panels with different chuckhole patterns, two removable side bars, one metal ball, three plastic balls and a set of washable markers. All peices fit inside its own storage carrying case. GUARANTEE: One full year from shipping date.
