Are there any protections under the law against the eviction of Disabled Veterans in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or Federally?  Please advise as soon as possible, thank you kindly.

Hello, John -

Thanks for posting. I would recommend contacting the Massachusetts Department of Veterans Services, who should be able to direct you to the information you're seeking. Your county or town should also have a local veterans' services office, and they can be of assistance as well. The Massachusetts Department of Veterans Services can be reached at 617-210-5480 or you can find more information on their website at http://www.mass.gov/veterans/. You can also search for your local veteran service office using their tool here: https://www.mass.gov/service-details/local-veterans-service-officers.

I hope this is helpful, and if you have any other questions, please feel free to let me know.

Best,
