The Victory 9 3-Wheel Scooter, model SC609, is a scooter designed for indoor or outdoor use by individuals with lower extremity or mobility disabilities. FRAME (LxW): 43.5 x 22.125 inches. The turning radius is 40.25 inches and the ground clearance is 2 inches. The scooter disassembles for transport. Body colors are candy apple red or viper blue. A basket and LED light mounted on the front of the tiller are standard. The top of the tiller has wraparound handles for steering.
