Travelscoot

The TravelScoot is a folding lightweight scooter designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. FRAME (HxLxW): 34 x 37 x 23 inches, or 10 x 33.5 x 12 when folded. The frame is made from aircraft-grade polished and anodized aluminum. It comes with a heavy-duty carrying bag and fabric caddy, and accomodates a cane or pair of crutches. The handlebar height is adjustable. CONTROLS: Integrated controller. RWD: 24-volt, 250-Watt direct current (DC) motor. SEAT: 17-inch wide height-adjustable seat. BRAKES: Dual rear friction brakes and dual parking brakes. WHEELS: 8 x 2 inch solid rubber tires. POWER: Uses two 12-volt rechargeable sealed lead acid batteries. A charger is included. Charging time is 5 hours. SPEEDS: 6 miles per hour with a range of up to 8 miles. CAPACITY: 250 pounds on the seat; 30 pounds luggage on the frame. WEIGHT: 49 pounds with battery, or 29 pounds without battery.
