CUSTOM ADAPTATION PURPOSE: To provide a screen magnifier to make a computer monitor more easily viewable from the bedside for a person with quadriplegia. A permanent mount was created and added on to an existing computer stand and bedside table, enabling the individual to move the magnifier in and out to get the correct degree of magnification or flip it out of the way when closer to the screen while in a wheelchair.
